Mission

To deliver and manage integrated Hajj services for international pilgrims, in cooperation with Hajj affairs offices and partners, through qualified people, disciplined operations and reliable technology, while committing to regulations, service quality and spending efficiency.

  1. Pilgrim first, integrity and transparency

We respect pilgrims and their needs, give clear information, protect their rights and data, and disclose setbacks without concealment or promises we cannot keep.

  2. Excellence and safety

We deliver the service to the agreed specification and time, and verify it was received. We address and escalate risk, and stop any unsafe service.

  3. Commitment and accountability

We respect regulations, contracts and delegations of authority, assign an owner to every outcome, and follow remediation through to acceptance and verified effectiveness.

  4. Integration and continuous improvement

We hand over work clearly between departments and suppliers, and use data, feedback and seasonal lessons to improve the service.

CEO MESSAGE

Serving the Guests of Al-Rahman is an honor without equal, and a responsibility that tolerates no negligence

When Boudl Hotels & Resorts Group decided to enter the business of serving international pilgrims, the decision was not a search for expansion into a new market. It was a conviction that what the Group has built over more than six decades in hospitality finds its truest purpose in serving the guests of Al-Rahman. A pilgrim comes once in a lifetime; there is no room to postpone a mistake or to make up for a shortfall later.

Allow me, here, to record my pride in the trust and empowerment that the State, may God support it, has given Saudi women, enabling them to hold positions of decision and responsibility. That a Saudi woman leads a company serving the Guests of Al-Rahman is a direct fruit of Saudi Vision 2030 — a trust I value as it deserves, and a commitment that performance will be the proof.

Our ambition is for Boudl to be a trusted partner in serving international pilgrims. We build growth on the quality of the experience, on performance results, and on readiness.

To our partners — Hajj affairs offices, organizers and contractors — we affirm clarity of scope and responsibility, truthful reporting, and swift resolution of any setback.

We ask God to help us serve His guests, and to accept the Hajj of the pilgrims to His Sacred House.
