Boudl Hajj is the brand of Boudl Company for Pilgrim Services, part of Boudl Hotels & Resorts Group, which was founded in 1959. The company provides integrated Hajj services to international pilgrims starting from the 1448 AH season.
Yes. The company is licensed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah under License No. (43) for comprehensive services to pilgrims arriving from outside the Kingdom. It was issued on 16 Safar 1448 AH (30 July 2026) and is valid for five years until the end of the 1452 AH Hajj season, renewable.
We serve international pilgrims arriving from outside the Kingdom, under contracts with Hajj affairs offices and mission-affiliated organizers.
Direct Hajj is available through the Nusuk Hajj platform once the company is confirmed as eligible for that path. We will announce it on the news page when it becomes available.
Twelve services covering the whole pilgrim journey: arrival and departure, housing, catering, transport and group movement, holy sites services, the Madinah visit, Nusuk cards, support, security and safety, awareness and guidance, contractor management, and reporting and close-out.

Applications for seasonal roles in the 1448 AH season will open on the careers page soon, and we'll announce the date on the news page. Contracts are seasonal, and access expires with the contract end date.
